Now we are all on holiday, it is a perfect time to reflect and I just want to say a huge congratulations for what Dawn and the children and all the friends of Ikhaya Labantwana have achieved. The last week of term we had much singing and dancing in the classroom and the children showed great enthusiasm in the garden where, in turn, they helped me plant seeds and seedlings and water our ever expanding vegetable patch. The animation on the childrens faces while tending to the plants was worth every exhaustive stumble of the wheel barrow and chicken wire stratch. I cannot wait to return in the spring to continue our good work and share in fresh vegetable picnics and play on our new jungle gym, (which hopefully is being built as we type). I am back in the UK for a couple of months and am missing you all madly. I hope you love the photos as much as I do.
